CURRENT MISSION developing exchanges with counterparts foreign cookery teachers, giving cookery demos abroad and discover new products and new mixed, fusion cuisines ABOUT ME i have got plenty of time and I love travelling and living abroad. I want to work a few years more and then spend all my time to do what I wish. I am sociable, friendly, have a huge respect for indigeneous people, and I have learnt many things from them. I have no TV and fear the modern consumer society. PHILOSOPHY Be happy, right now, enjoy your day, try to read, learn a little bit everyday and have a job that you like above all!!!!!
