CURRENT MISSION Owned/ran a hostel in Maribor, Slovenia.....now back in Devon UK ABOUT ME I'm a polite, quiet, very sociable person, though a little louder after a few beers. I love to go out meeting friends old and new, chatting, joking and dancing the night away. I love to dance and I don't care who is watching!! I quit my job, my flat, put my furniture in storage, put a rucksack on my back and boarded a plane. My home town (Paignton, England) is not the world, despite what my friends think. Traveled around Europe without a map, or a plan or any preconceived ideas of where to go or what to do. After 3 months I opened a small hostel in Maribor Centre, Slovenia.....how did that happen? The friendliness of strangers amazes me. I love to sit with pleasant company and a glass of wine and just watch the world go by as we enjoy nice relaxed conversation. UPDATE....not been on Couchsurfing for some time, as I had a change of life. Need to get back on and start travelling around the UK and meet some lovely people.
