HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I first started informally in 2008 when I stayed with a girl who I met on the train (toronto-vancouver) who was couchsurfing. I decided to join and see if I could surf as well as offer a bed at a in the middle of nowhere home in the Ontario (Canada) Kawartha Lakes area and/or in my apartment in Kitchener while I was in school. except no one ever wanted to come to Kitchener:( But in Australia I used CS to find great people to surf, travel or just meet. Just restored my account and am ready to surf and host (in Ottawa) again! COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE A fair bit of surfing in Austrailia. Originally got in to it tagging along with my train buddy and a bit on my own through California. I do more of the social events then the surfing these days, but always interested in doing again.
