CURRENT MISSION After years of hacking my education, I'm excited to be applying to Goddard College's low-residency independent studies program! ABOUT ME I'm a collector of many things. Mostly I collect people.. incredible human beings with interests and personalities as diverse as their backgrounds. I'm also an avid collector of hole in the wall restaurants, exceptional bakeries, wild smelling perfumes, and art made by friends. PHILOSOPHY Stay curious, document constantly, and be kind.

我为什么使用Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING In the past- when I was traveling more frequently- I hosted and surfed often. Living in Brooklyn with my partner, Nathan, space is limited, but I'd love to be a resource + friend to anyone visiting. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE My first couchsurfing experience was in 2009 when I visited Ithaca NY. I had never felt more instantly connected to a group than with Elise and her 25 housemates. I credit couchsurfing for sparking my interest in community management. Helping people find their 'tribe' is a really beautiful thing!
音乐、电影与书籍
I like a lot of music, but am especially fond of folk and bluegrass. Tom Robbins is my companion author. Six Feet Under has seen me through hard times.
我做过的一件令人惊叹的事
One night while living in the Outer Banks of North Carolina I swam with bioluminescent phytoplankton under a full moon. It was an exceptionally beautiful moment with friends.
教学、学习、分享
I pride myself on being a great teacher to those who are not digitally savvy. From social media management, to cool apps, building a quick landing page without coding, and business pitch feedback, I have access to a ton of resources at hand and enjoy helping out entrepreneurial friends and freelancers. Although I don't teach dance, I attend classes regularly at Mark Morris Dance Center and would be into learning some new moves together.
我能与房东分享的
I'm always happy to introduce hosts to new comedians, music, web series, and am known for deep-cleaning kitchens before I hit the road ;)
