HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING In any way I can at this point. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I haven't had the opportunity to host due to where I've been living. I have also yet to lose my surfing 'virginity', but hope to do so this summer. I have met people through CS, and thoroughly enjoyed hanging with them.

I'm very interested in all sorts of documentary films. I like films with interesting social angles.. Like Winter's Bone and Shame. I really like films that keep you guessing, like Donnie Darko, Momento and even Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy. Guilty pleasures include the Hunger Games and most Disney films (nostalgia). I like folk/indie/rock/ballad/electro-swing music (and much more, pretty eclectic). My undergraduate was in English lit so I'm a bit of a book geek.. I love a number of Gabriel García Márquez's novels. I'm a geeky fan of Shakespeare. In Cold Blood, The Time Traveler's Wife, The God of Small Things, Life of Pi, They Poured Fire On Us From the Sky, A Fine Balance, The Corrections, Oscar Wilde short stories, The Unbearable Lightness of Being, Harry Potter... - all books that I really enjoyed reading. + many more
