COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I was a couchsurfing virgin till my boyfriend organized our first couchsurfing experience together on our recent trip to Vancouver Island, BC, Canada. We had a great time being hosted by 2 generous couchsurfers living in Nanaimo and Victoria on the island. I love how easy-going our hosts were especially entrusting almost complete strangers into their home and welcoming my boyfriend and I as temporary house-mates! It was an awesome experience as we share stories , good food and delicious microbrewery beers together! :)

I am not a huge reader but I do enjoy a good book every now and then ... in the genre of horror, fiction, fables and inspirational books I love watching movies.. I am a huge fan of animations (Spirited Away; Totoro; Despicable Me; Rio etc), horror for the art of special effects, sci-fi (Star Wars, Startrek, Alien series), fiction, drama, some chick flicks and Independent films... have I covered all genres yet?? I think I pretty much watch everything that is worth watching :) As for music, I love listening to music that has a good beat, "happy" and mind-lingering ones....

Being completely spontaneous and urged my 3 female friends to join in the fun with a crazy Spanish drinking club outside our hotel when we were in Cuenca, Spain. This was during the St. Matthieu's Festival (Running of the bulls). And it turned out to be the best experience ever! Crazy fun, great food, stupendous amounts of Sangria, made so many new friends and danced the entire night away in the quaint little town. :)
