My name is Enrique and I'm from Lima, Peru. I have been working as a translator on cruise ships for about 6 years, which has allowed me to visit places I had always dreamed of. My passion is languages and linguistics. A language not only allows to communicate, but also to know a culture. This is what I love the most about traveling, being able to understand so much about a civilization. I have visited 39 countries and happy to keep adding up new destinations. I speak Spanish, which is my first language. I also speak English since I worked as an English teacher back in Lima. I additionally speak French and Italian, which I learned as a child. I am not so fluent in Portuguese, but I can make myself understood. And I am currently studying German and Greek.
