Hello:) I'm an apparel designer and copywriter based in New York City. I grew up in four different countries, and I have been calling New York home for 5 years. I'm very interested in different cultures, and I'm especially curious in languages and cuisine from other countries. At the moment I'm trying to improve my French, and finding opportunities to practice it :) I travel light and spontaneous. I usually just follow a cute dog, or a cute human, and get lost in the allies. It's especially fun now that I have my dog with me all the time. It's worked out quite well so far. What else...I grew up playing classical piano, and these days I can get into many genre of music. I love playing volleyball, going to museums, parks, blah blah blah... ;P

I love the idea of couch surfing. I used to couch surf a lot in college, mainly through Europe. I have also hosted quite a few guests. These days I prefer having more of my own personal space when traveling, and I've not couchsurfed in a while.
