HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I hold fast to the idea of community and I feel that most through travel. The creation of bonds and networks connecting us on a higher level is just a simple evolution of such a community...I just want to provide a lily pad for whoever navigating through this giant pond of a world. Yeah CS2 Project!!! COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE Not enough, 2x too few. I traveled the most during the 90's before the CouchSurfing phenomena. I lived off a steady diet of Lonely Planet guide books and networking when I got to my destination. I fell in love with hostels because of the feeling of one world, new worlds...people that I would never cross paths with My house is off the beaten path, so I haven't had the honor of having a surfer to host. I've had some bites, but either due to timing or change of plans, it just hasn't been in the cards. I look forward to when the planets line-up and I can host :)

Too many to list but I'll give it a go: documentaries, indie, any movie with a strong poignant message. I like witty and dark comedies, pretty much any movie that make me use my head while being entertained. (I like to multitask) Music, I can't get enough of it. Make me dance, mellow or motivate, doesn't matter. What would I do without libraries? I'll read anything when in the mood.
