CURRENT MISSION To accumulate yet another degree it seems ABOUT ME I'm a 23 year old university student who's always on the lookout for some form of adventure. I always challenge my pecepetions of other people and world and I'm always up for a challenge and learning something new. I love things of beauty. PHILOSOPHY Metamorphosis. Growing up in an environment of intellectual and emotional stagnation interspersed only with brief glimpses of life as unlikely as a flower puncturing a barren desert; the desire for growth and change was overpowering. Since that time I have had an incessant desire to change my life. To grow. Just become a better person. But also just to be unbearably light. I am pretty much overwhelmed by the relativity of everything, so much so that it can make me dizzy and so macabre to the extent that I need to lie down for a few hours. These feelings of the constructed nature of everything informs my morality. If it makes me feel good then it is good. If it makes me feel bad then it's bad.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I only started using this account earlier this year and so I've only hosted two people. I plan to host more people in future and I'm also setting off on my travels, so I plan to surf as much as possible. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I've only officcially hosted two people, but a couple of other people have unofficially surfed my couch. I'm going travelling soon and hope to surf some more then.

Any movie that has a story to tell or has beauty - basically no Hollywood crap that caters to the lowest common denominator. Books aplenty. Hmmm... definitely all of Jane Eyre's work, Ursula K. Leguin. The Unbearable Lightness of Being, A Clockwork Orange. I mostly listen to classical music and world music.

Well, travelling naturally - as often as possible. I love things of beauty - things that help me grow as an individual. Beautiful literature, beautiful music, beautiful people. I'm quite fond of festivals. I am fascinated by the 'Other' and always seek out people that are different to myself, with the result that my group of friends don't always gel all too well. I love doing yoga as often as possible.
