Our ongoing trip is visting Mexico with my mum (76yo). Her dream was to visit Guadalupe sanctuary and we thought just why not to go together and see more Mexico. There are for of us on that trip: My mum (76yo), me,my partner and my daughter (12yo). Hi! This is my personal and also familly profile. We are a family of 3: me - Jacek,my partner Zuzanna and my daughter Pina (born 02.2012) and our dog Astra. We are farmers who run an organic farm in south of Poland. We are particularly interested in permaculture, agroecology and regenerative agriculture. We love biodiversity - last year we grew 70 different tomatoes varieties. We are dedicated to care for soil and its tiny citizens. Our family: PINA. She loves to read books, snowboard, karate and to draw graffiti. JACEK: I love to discuss any subjects. I love to be with people - slowing down and and be in contact - mindfully. I try to pursue what I believe in and what I am passionate about: - a sustainable living, thus in 2014 I have quit my office job and having started an organic farm. Named "Brodataty" after Barbapapa cartoon wherein what is thinkable is possible. With its sweat and teas, I am still enjoying it. All the happenings saying that I am on a right path. I try to follow it, connected with my intuition and inner needs. All the people I meet and places I visit influence me in some peculiar way that I can't tell and nobody can. Following this path is submerging in an unexpected, being in a state of anxiety, uncertainty and not willingly, subconsciously wanting for more. I am afraid of it but I love it and can't wait what a new day brings. ZUZANNA: My partner. She is very interested in growing flowers organically. HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING Currently we are refurbishing home so unfortunately cannot host anyone. We live in the countryside where we run an organic farm. We'd love to host people, however, except friends, no one arrived so far:). Especially families with children are welcome, as it is always more complicated for family to find a host. We hosted people in the Netherlands when we lived there. COUCHSURFING/WWOOF EXPERIENCE I stayed at some places in France, Belgium, the Netherlands. As a whole family we visited people in the NL and participate in the WWOOF (World Wide Org for Oganic Farming) - in 2014 we stayed 2 months in Spain on two different farms - great experience it was.
