HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I hosted several people while I was living in San Francisco and I've had wonderful experiences! I also stayed with couchsurfers in Peru, Brazil, Morocco, and Australia. I've met fantastic people whom I never would have met in my day-to-day life.

I've cruised down the Amazon River in a tiny canoe, rode a camel through a sandstorm in the Sahara Desert, and survived a ride on a sneezing elephant in Rajasthan.

Exploring different cultures, photography, learning new languages, dancing, aimlessly wandering the streets of a new city, stumbling upon great restaurants/pubs/cafes I also love watching live music. There is something so amazing about witnessing the passion and power of live instruments and soulfull voices - so much better than a CD.
