I'm generally pretty quiet. I enjoy socialising in small groups, and am not uncomfortable with silence or hanging out alone. I particularly love (barefoot) running, being and feeling healthy, the outdoors, reading, living simply, minimalism, buddhism,.... I really enjoy good vegan/vegetarian food.

Music: Jimmy Eat World, Sparkadia, Muse, Architecture in Helsinki, Guster, Kaiser Chiefs, Manu Chao, K'Naan, Regina Spektor, Ben Kweller, The Shins, Block Party, Foo Fighters, John Fogarty, Willie Nelson, The Avett Brothers .... The list could go on and on and on. I need to make more effort for movies, although Super Troopers is a favourite, as is Beavis & Butthead do America. 12 Angry Men is a favourite too. Books: 'Who ordered this truckload of dung?' / 'Die Kuh die weinte' - Ajahn Brahm. as well as biographies, Non-Fiction, Wilbur Smith ... could go on here too.
