Be CREATIVE with this cake: Beat 1 cup sugar, 3/4 cup oil, and 4 eggs till foamy. Then add 3/4 of a LIQUID of your CHOICE, mix well. Finally, stir in 2 cups of flour and 4 teaspoons of baking powder. Idea: Liquid=orange juice. Add cocoa powder and ground almonds. Frost with whipped cream==YUM!
