ABOUT ME I managed to get Medevaced the day I was born, and honestly haven't really stopped flying ever since. In 2010, I was on a total of 44 different airplanes including all my connecting flights...pretty outrageous to some, but seems about right to me. I love traveling, and for the most part, wouldn't trade any of the experiences I've had in the process. PHILOSOPHY What you put out into this world will come back to you usually having snowballed a bit. Everyday we are presented with situations, experiences, challenges, and decisions. How we handle these, and what we choose to do about them determines whether we make a positive or a negative impact on the world and people around us.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING We may not be from the same part of the world, we might not have a thing in common, but no matter who/what/where we are, we can all learn something from each other. Right?? COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I've had a few great hosting and a few great surfing experiences through CS...truly, a lifesaver in some cases. Others have been a great way to get to know people in a different place.

I usually have a camera with me, I love mountain biking, sailing, surfing, and running around in the woods. Hiking camping whatever. Growing up in Alaska provides one with ample opportunity to run amuck outside. I also love to cook, have worked in several restaurants over the years and love to entertain through the kitchen.
