CURRENT MISSION Learn what it means to be free! ABOUT ME I am definitely a native to the Seattle area- I love coffee shops, reading, the great outdoors, music, politics, hybrid cars and dogs. I'm friendly and outgoing most of the time (unless I'm tired!). I enjoy meeting new people and going to new places and also enjoy time in solitude or silence (the best place for that would be on top of a mountain!). PHILOSOPHY Dive into both the pain and joys of life, understanding that I cannot have one without the other . . . I think when we can genuinely appreciate other people and communities for who and what they are as a whole, it allows us to experience joy in sharing life together.

Answering questions about the United States, explaining American idioms, or even teaching you how to swim like a professional (one of my favorite things to teach) are some things that I might be able to help you with. . . Right now I'm really excited to learn from other people rather than always being the one teaching so I'm open to pretty much everything.

sports, travelling, cultures and live music. Pretty much anything outside- hiking, climbing, skiing, swimming, backpacking are what I like to do when weather permits. I love the little things in life- like the raindrop on a flower, the dimple on a friend's face that only show up when they're trying not to smile:)
