Two things that stand out are watching the sun rise up above the clouds over Mt. Haleakala in Maui Hawaii. Breathtaking! And skydiving in North Shore Oahu. Both incredible experiences that made me appreciate and yearn for the beauty of this planet.

One thing I am learning myself is how to master the art of the smile. To some this comes very naturally, they may even be born with a smile permanently stretched across their face. :) Others may have to work on this a bit more as it takes muscle and conscious thought to project their smile, not to mention overcoming shyness and other limiting beliefs. Whatever it takes, I feel confident that it's completely worthwhile. The power of a smile is perhaps something that can not be measured. The distance it can reach is also something that is truly amazing. You share your smile with one person this morning in San Francisco and it just might reach someone else in Tokyo later that night. It's contagious and it has amazing healing powers so I encourage everyone to share their smiles everyday.
