ABOUT ME Hi I'm Isak, I've been living in Tuscany for 9 years, I love it. I've been working in Florence for two years as a chef, doing blown glass work on the side. I recently got a small apartment in the countryside just outside the city. I'm just following my dreams and enjoying the journey.

I've travelled a lot, and seen a lot. Going to Egypt was awesome, traveling through Vietnam for a month was unforgettable, skydiving in Switzerland was exhilarating. I tend to remember the food of places as much if not more than the places, I had an amazingly hot Tom Yum Goong in Thailand, I sweat so much eating that soup, tears came to my eyes, it was delicious I'd do it again...but think before asking for 5 star in Thailand.
