Greetings! We are Maca and Juan, travelers from Argentina. Celebrating five years as a couple and our shared passion for traveling! When we're not on the road, we call Buenos Aires home, where we diligently work to fund our next adventure. Maca has been working for NGOs for the last 10 years and is also a yoga instructor, while Juan, a freelance videographer and video editor, brings visual stories to life. We also have a green thumb and enjoy gardening, even in a big city like Buenos Aires, we always find a way to feel surrounded by green. We enjoy very much cooking together and practicing new recipes from the places we visit in our journeys. We try to keep our diet vegan as much as we can. We are both adventurous and homie at the same time, our two personalities.

I (Maca) am part of Couchsurfing since 2014, when I was living in Spain. I had great experiences and met amazing people both while traveling and when receiving people. I lost my account for a couple of years when I went back to Argentina, and in this trip I decided I should recover it and give it a go again!

Juan is a cinema lover, specially for documentaries. He is right now finishing his first documentary film as director, and starting to edit a second one! For sure we can give several movie recommendations and share cinematic moments.

Right now we are on a 10 months trip that started in Spain , continued in Turkey and has brought us to South East Asia! It has been an amazing experience that is finishing back in Europe where we will be spending the next holidays. This trip has been a beautiful mix between backpacking and housesitting, a lovely experience that has given us both human and furry new friends!
