Merhaba fellow adventurers and curious souls🎒 I’m Işıl, a chemist turned wanderer on an incredible journey of self-discovery. After spending 10 years working, I decided to embark on an adventure of a lifetime. With the onset of COVID, I made a choice: I quit my job, packed my bags, said goodbye to my dears and bought a one way ticket to South America 🌏🌏 Travelling has always been my passion, but this journey is about more than just exploring new destinations. It is about delving deep into the essence of who I am and pushing my limits. One way I’m doing this is through volunteer work, particularly on organic farms👩🏻🌾 by getting my hands dirty and connecting with the earth, I’ve been able to learn valuable lessons about sustainability, self sufficiency and the beauty of a simpler way of life ✌️ I love sharing stories about my journey and hearing about the adventurers. My music taste is really depend on my mood. I love jazz, blues, swing. I danced Lindyhop for 5 years. In the morning with coffee; I love to listen to jazz.. In the afternoon while cooking; country, indie, in the nights pop to get ready for the night :) With pandemic, I guess everybody became a movie expert.. It is really hard to tell which movies you like but I might say "beetlejuice" has a different spot on my heart :)

After a long and slightly drunken evening in Istanbul, I fell asleep in the bar and got locked up. about 20 of my friends called me everywhere except the bar🤫 I danced the samba that I had no clue how and waved to the audience in my exaggerated costume to a samba school parade at the sambodrome area at the Rio Carnival, Brazil. LOL💃🏽 The rancher I volunteered for at his farm in Brazil dropped me off on his private plane to my destination. 😅😎I guess I was in the thin line between poverty and wealth🫣 The hobby of the other farm owner I volunteered at his farm was skydiving, he invited me and we jumped out of the plane together in Colombia ✈️☺️
