HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING My participation is minimal really but I love the idea of this global network of travelers who can all get to know and befriend each other, share what they have together and lend a hand. My friends and I have met some amazing people through this site, and had some very good times and been inspired to travel further longer and deeper - long may it continue! Seeing Everest in Tibet was pretty special, and so was the Great Wall, I loved Vietnam too, especially Hanoi. It is amazing that I got out alive after a couple of near misses on motorbikes: The only place I would recommend closing your eyes when crossing the road.
