I love to be out of doors! I live in NE Alabama. This gives me so many opportunites to be active and outside. I enjoy road biking...and I'm falling in love with mountain biking. We have the newly built Coldwater Mountain Bike Trail system. Paddling has been a love for years. I LOVE boats!! We have so many creeks and rivers around me and I'm within short trips to north GA and the gulf for all kinds of paddling. I own 4 horses! Put me deep in the woods on my walkers and I'm a happy camper. I have 3 dogs. My 4 year old black lab goes with me everywhere I can take him. :)Besides all those things, I simply love nature. It's my therapy. It keeps me strong.
