ABOUT ME Currently living in Birmingham, AL, where I did most of my growing up, though I was born in Washington, DC, and had stints living in the Netherlands, Australia, & Japan in my formative years. As such, I'm sort of a pseudo-third culture kid, and travelling is something I love and undertake enthusiastically whenever possible. I was a History major in college (Union College in Schenectady, NY & Rice University in Houston) I'm a fan of things like books, music (indie rock, punk, classical), film, novel dining experiences, and nature. I especially love being in the desert. I love meeting people when I'm travelling, or when I'm not and they are. So I figure CS is pretty ideal for that.

我做过的一件令人惊叹的事
Lots o things. In 2010 I went on a 11,000 mile, 3 month road trip around the country with my best friend, a NYer, in my now-deceased Subaru Outback. We were recently out of school, underemployed, and it was amazing beyond description to see most of America at a leisurely pace, while developing a greater confidence in our ability to improvise and be self-sufficient. It was travel at its best, or that's what it felt like.
