I try my best to do the best I can when I can, with what I have. :) Canadian. Avid music fan, I typically try and catch at least one live performance a month. I play most stringed instruments and am learning accordion. I'm an active and generally enthusiastic individual with a dry, caustic sense of humour, and really enjoy b movies.

I love traveling, and enjoy cleaning. I hitch hike at least once a year and have wanted to try couch surfing for quite some time. I do my best to be a positive bright individual, with minimal impact on the environment- at least as little as I can. Couch surfing appeals to me as a great way to see an area and make a new friend(s).

Almost all music, super aggressive genres have really lost their appeal to me since my angsty preteen days. I enjoy many styles of writing, but favourites are: distopian novels, artist/musician biographies, travel stories ( look up-shantaram) poetry, and societal commentary. Movies I enjoy: cheesy horrors/thrillers/"B"movies-Evil Dead, Dale & Tucker vs Evil, Monster Man, etc, good horrors/thrillers, dark comedies, some anime-Paprika, Spirited Away, Howl's Moving Castle, most animation and some documentaries.
