我做过的一件令人惊叹的事
I did my thesis on Hawaii for 3 months. There i experienced some amazing things: 1) sitting on a flank of a volcano and watching the lava pouring out (at 50m distance) as a fountain. 2) feeling the earth cracking and metres high lava pouring out of the ground like a fire curtain. 3) walking on lava tubes which had a roof of about 30-50cm thick and lava flowing underneath it. That's when you discover that the human kind is nothing compared to Mother Nature!
