I teach MBA students & work as a consultant in International Marketing Research area. I have been living & working in Japan for the last 22 years. I love cooking Plant-based food. I have also lived in New Zealand for 3.5 yrs, Australia for 2.5 yrs and the USA for 1 yr (on-off). I am planning to spend a couple of months in London and the US every year. Thanks for reading!
