CURRENT MISSION M has yet to get back to me. ABOUT ME Well, I'm an English teacher, there seem to be a lot of us in China! This is my 3rd year teaching in Chinese universities, I love the country and the students very much. It's fairly hard for a British person to write about themselves, we're reserved like that! PHILOSOPHY I don't have a personal philosophy as such... though if I did I suppose it would be something like: It's nice to be important but it's more important to be nice.

我为什么使用Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I mainly use CS to meet people in new cities. I find it's a good way to introduce yourself to locals and expats alike, which can be hard when you've moved to a new city and know nobody. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE Though I don't have much Couchsurfing experience, I have met some great people though this website and I hope for that to continue.

I wouldn't flatter myself by saying that I have any special knowledge or skills! Does teaching English count? It is my job, after all. Though I would say my general knowledge is good and I love to learn (or at least attempt) new things. I did recently find out I can get out of a swimming pool feet first though, I suppose that's kind of a special skill. And my handstands are improving!
