CURRENT MISSION Working with Pygmy communities to improve access to healthcare ABOUT ME I am a 70 year old retired conservationist, living in Hackney with my 20 year old daughter. I write a blog of mostly non fiction on my experiences in Greenpeace, hitch-hiking across the Sahara, working on Pygmy forest and health issues. I've lived in India, Canada, the US and in Cameroon working for the Rainforest Foundation. I enjoy conversation, walking, rock climbing, canoeing, world music, jazz, beer, modern art, and learning about new people and places. After the great lockdown, I am making some trips to explore the UK.

我为什么使用Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I volunteer in setting up and running a research project to improve Pygmies access to healthcare. I host various wanderers in my small flat. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I couch surfed for years before Couch surfers started. I hitch hiked to India when I was 16 and stayed at Gurdwaras on the floor. I also couch surfed 2 years ago in Toronto, and had a lovely experience.
