ABOUT ME Hilarious, handsome (yep, I said it), intelligent, fun-loving, often silly, and accepting of everybody. My inner 5 year-old still thinks that poop jokes are funny, and I often come up with the most absurd "would-you-rather" scenarios. PHILOSOPHY La vida es una hermosura- hay que vivirla! (Thanks, Celia Cruz). I genuinely believe that you can learn something from most people with whom you have quality interaction. I also believe that you create your own reality, and life will be as enjoyable and fulfilling as you allow it to be.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I have had mostly great experiences with Couchsurfing thus far (once it began to take a curious bend towards really creepy though). I look forward to also hosting others when I can, and I feel that CouchSurfing is a wonderful medium for meeting new folks and sharing the joie de vivre.

Below I've listed several of my favorite artists: John Legend, Common, MC Solaar, Calle 13, Busta Rhymes, Eminem, Jay-Z, Swizz Beatz, Wisin & Yandel, Slipknot, Disturbed, Static-X, White Zombie, Billy Idol, Stone Temple Pilots, Stone Sour, Rammstein, The Gipsy Kings, Britney Spears, Toni Braxton, Michael Jackson, The Jackson 5, Adele, Juan Magan, Plastilina Mosh, Celia Cruz..... I am a constant, avid reader, and my favorite genres in both literature and film are horror and thrillers. I like almost anything written by Stephen King (almost), anything by Edgar Allen Poe, biographies of serial killers, A Clockwork Orange, the His Dark Materials trilogy...

MUSIC (singing, creating, listening, dancing to...), psychology and volunteering or working with those with serious mental illness, sticking my hand out of the car window and pretending it's a plane, high-fiving, horror movies, wacky socks, sleeping outside when the weather is nice, becoming fluent in Spanish (before I undertake Portugese), fun fashion, cooking and baking (learning how to, and haven't yet burned down any kitchens), watching NCAA basketball, lifting weights and discovering new forms of exercise, running a-muck, any type of theater and performance art that isn't too abstract, performing (dancing, singing, acting, and even giving informational or educational presentations), krumping, and- to borrow a cliche- the list goes on...
