My property is very central in Catania, very independent and absolutely quiet and safe. It is actually the only guest room available in the whole house. Bed is extremely comfortable in an independent situation from the rest of the house with an en-suite bathroom. Ideal for a single person travelling by himself/herself. A 5-minute walk from the central train station and the public Alibus stop to and from the airport pickup. The Stesicoro metro stop is literally just moments away. The international nightlife, bars and eateries are nearly all based in Via Gemmellaro and Via S. Filomena, a 5-minute walk away. A few steps away from all museums and all city services. The Lidl supermarket is just two minutes away on foot. The house is split into three levels. Guests can enjoy absolute privacy and independence on the first one. This room is newly refurbished. Mixed-race neighbourhood, quite helpful though and absolutely safe. A police station is literally down the road from the property. Well-lit streets all around. The main city market La Fiera Do Lumi is 2 minutes away on foot from the property.
