ABOUT ME We are a couple with 2 kids (born in 2015 and 2017) that loves to learn; meeting people and learning from first person experiences is the main reason why we participate in couchsurfing. We try to be open and welcoming. We got together in 2000 and we are married since 2009. We met each other in Delft, where Steven studied "Technology, Policy and Management" and Helleke "Industrial Design Engineering". We both have some typical engineer characteristics: we are both pretty rational and analytical, and we like to solve problems. But we try also not to forget the emotions of both other people and ourselves :D. PHILOSOPHY Steven: Making things difficult is quite simple, but making things simple is quite difficult.
