I work in the city public transportation industry, my wife is a Phlebotomist. we live out on the country on a small farm/cattle ranch, we love it out here, this is the life for us, we find the atmosphere out here to be quiet, peaceful and relaxing.

One of our first dates a few years ago was a trip to the coast, neither of us had much money so we were looking for a low cost in expensive place to stay for the weekend. we by chance happened across the small motel that the proprietors used for couch surfing, we were able to stay in one of the guest rooms for the weekend, while there, we were introduced to couchsurfing.com, and thought that it would be nice to offer our home for someone looking for a short term place to stay as they traveled as we did on our trip to the coast. it was such an awesome experience for us that we decided to join up with the web site.

country music all the way for me, Shaun likes rock and roll, the 80's kind of music, the stuff we listened to when we were in high school, I'm not much for movies and TV, but she likes a good chick flick, and I'm always game to sit down and watch one with her.

My interests are flying RC planes, running RC cars, (mostly 4WD crawler stuff), I'm also an amateur radio operator - FCC license # KC7VPT. Shaun (my wife) likes to crochet, especially for the grand kids, she likes to make blankets and scarfs and stuff like that, she also likes to read paperback books, she's always in for a good love story, she likes cooking, (well at least I think she likes cooking, she's sure good at it!!)
