COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I got to know couchsurfing in 2009 because a friend had a profile here. I travelled with her several times and all the experiences I had were wonderful. Travelling is much better when you have the chance to get to know more people, specially from the city you're visiting. You learn about the place, about the culture, the people and, even, about yourself.
