Travelling in a foreign country alone is hard, it always helps to have a local that could provide, a home setup,and welcome you to the new enviroment. Am on courchsurfing so that i would be able to provide a home away from home, and interact with different cultures, as a way of learning. Courchsurfing also provides an opportunity for me to create friendships all over the world
