Not to only take, but also to give. I think it's pretty amazing to get to know other cultures and break some stereotypes. It sure is nice to have a room for free (yaaay!), but the best thing is that you can share your life experiences with somebody, who has such a different background and can teach you. Sometimes I am socialy-politically clumsy and ask weird question about your country, sorry for that in advance :)

Depending on the mood. Talking about music, I love rap (American, German and also Russian a little bit), but I also like some old school rock or even pop. My favourite movie is Intouchables, French movie, about giving second chances and breaking stereotypes, full of emotions and positive thoughts. Must see! Talking about books I really like Erich Maria Remarque, who did write amazing books about people in rough times. Nowadays I more and more like the new Chinese literature. It's something new for me, the books quite often don't have happy-ends and have so many twists, that you keep amazed for a long time after you finish reading it. My favorite chinese author is Yu Hua and his book To Live, where he describes the life-journey of a villager, who survives the struggle during the Great Leap Forward and many other challenges.
