I love anything that is groovy/has a middle eastern/central asian vibe. Books: 1984, Kite Runner, Animal Farm, Una botella en el mar de Gaza, tours et détours de la vilaine fille, And the Mountains Echoed, A thousand Splendid Suns. Movies: pretty much anything with a good storyline :)
