I’m a 25 year old photographer and photography teacher from Cape Town, South Africa. I was definitely born in the wrong generation; I love all things 70’s- the music; architecture; photography and cars. I love food and most of my travels center around trying out new kinds of food so I’m always looking for local recommendations and recipes. I also like going to museums and galleries; watching live music and love visiting old cinemas. 我为什么使用Couchsurfing
I am currently on a 5-month trip through Japan and the US and have been overwhelmed by how friendly and welcoming strangers have been; my best experiences have been as a result of meeting locals in each city and I think couchsurfing is a great way to connect with like-minded individuals. As I am on quite a tight budget I can’t afford mainstream accommodation so this is a nice way of finding a safe space to sleep while I explore cities and meet people I wouldn’t usually have the chance to get to know.
