CURRENT MISSION To encounter people and to meet and love on them where they are at in life. ABOUT ME We just got married in October so married life is still new to us. We love to travel, hike, have adventures, be in nature, be around people, and a simple and quiet life. We have called Michigan home for a while now but are uprooting to the South and are very excited about it. We are polite, easy going, kind people who love to laugh! We are always up for trying something new and we both just want to go where ever God leads us and love on people along the way. PHILOSOPHY We live our lives to make the world a better place. To serve God and to love people how God loves us. Technology can suck your life right from underneath you! We have also learned that everyone has an opinion on your life but the one that matters the most is God's and yours. The People make a Place!

Movies .. well ill watch just about anything except for scary movies. Our favorite are documentaries or a true story. However if you ask me (Alison) I would say that I love a good chick flick or a dry comedy movie.

Alison- I have watched a paralyzed person get up and walk from her wheel chair. Something I have done lets see got my dog to walk up the ladder of a lifeguard stand and sit on it at the beach! I have found the sweetest community a person could ever find. I built a Taj Mahal inspired bench that sold for 1200 dollars. Brent- I have lived among the people of the Dominican Republic, and build them things to increase there quality of life. I have gone 180 mph on a R1. I have jumped out of a plane at 10,000 ft.

I love nature and being outside. I love every season and I'm grateful for them. They produce in me gratitude and reverence for God and all that he has created. I like to design and build furniture. I like to take photos with my film camera. I love simplicity life styles.I find it interesting to hear about peoples lives even if they are passing strangers. I get inspired by them and I hope I can do the same. I Try to be intentional with every moment I have. I love my community I am in and my church family in which I get to be apart of. I love that I get to play on a softball team called the supple leopards with my family of friends and that we love being around each other.
