I love to make new friends in new places. There is no better way to learn about the places I go than from locals who know the ins and outs of them.

I love attending concerts, as well as checking out new movies and books when time allows. Most recently I have seen Kate Nash, Wye Oak, and Son Lux. I am into a variety of genres including hip hop/R&B, indie alternative, and folk. Some of my favorites are Arcade Fire and Regina Spektor, whom I have seen multiple times. As far as movies, I like psychological dramas and indie films, as well as the classics. My favorites are Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind and Donnie Darko. I enjoy reading books about dystopian societies, most recently finished The Handmaid's Tale. Also very into nonfiction, art, and history.
