I found Couchsurfing when I was backpacking in Europe because it helped me connect with locals and travelers to explore the city together. I got to make new friends and suddenly traveling alone wasn't lonely. I always come here when I travel to meet new people while abroad.

Music: I listen to rock, alternative, and metal mostly, but sometimes other things like indie or bluegrass. To name a few, I love Alex G, Petey, The National, Between the Buried and Me, Manchester Orchestra, Jeff Buckley, Andrew Bird, La Dispute, Radiohead, St. Vincent, Sufjan Stevens, Joanna Newsom, and more! I'm also really into fantasy, like Lord of the Rings. I'm currently reading Wind and Truth by Brandon Sanderson.
