Having grown up in Alabama, I didn't travel or adventure much outside of my local area. I love knitting, scrapbooking, drawing, painting, and basically anything else that I allows me to look at something pretty when I've finished. I love classical music and movies, that's where all the magic was.

Now that I've grown up a little more, I'm trying to explore and travel more. As I don't have a steady income yet, couch surfing sounded like something that would allow that to happen. Of course, I also love the idea of being able to meet people and create relationships along the way. It sounds like such a neat way to travel and learn about the true nature of a place.
