Traveling the world with the bicycle, hitchhiking and long distance hiking. March 2023 we’ve finished our 7 months trip around Europe and South America and decided to settle for a couple of years in Canada. But we are looking forward our next big trip around Asia:) We are into the experienced travelers who can share their experiences and learn something from them. But we are also about to host any traveler who is full of enthusiasm about life, who wants to explore life, to travel, who wants to live and share his enthusiasm about living. And also we are about to share our way of living - simple, calm, nature oriented, exploring yourself, improving life. All about love, life and living your life to the fullest. All in all, we are Ukrainian couple, who met in Gdansk, and now we are moving towards our goal to travel around the world and explore the world, people, explore ourselves.

We’ve done a lof of amazing things, not just one😅 Both: left our jobs and went for a bike trip for 7 months: Europe and South America! Anastasiya: Attended Capoeira from the age of 5. Paragliding Personal record 206 km by bike in 11h 24 min. Longest run 22 km Longest hiking 38 km in a day Swimming in the sea throughout the year Completed yoga, stretching, fly yoga courses and lead trainings for 1 year Practicing Wim Hoff method Dry fasting for three days several times and 2 week fasting (water, herb tea, juices) Highest hiking: altitude 5050m🏔️ Maksym: •Rode 600 km in 29 hours by bicycle. •Swam in ice water in the wintertime. •finished Ironman 140.6 in ~14.5h •Cycled 3 months around Europe and Central America. In total around 20000-21000km. And 9000km around south America. •holded a breath around ~4:05m •fasted for around 10-12days(with water) and 3 days with no water. •highest point around 6023m •saw volcano eruption with lava in Guatemala •longest distance traveled with paniers around 265km in a day •longest run 42km •half marathon 1:35h •longest swim 3.8km •fastest cycling 40km ~1:16h •longest days without shower on the trip ~2weeks •2.5 month hitchhiking around north-west Europe. •planted on the windowsill chestnut, maple, avocado, lemon, orange, beech tree, lychee, almond, oak tree, date tree, mango, acacia, apple, olives, ivy, walnut. beans, carrots, cucumbers, chickpeas, peas, soybeans, peppers, mustard, tomatoes, sorrel, sesame, peanuts, garlic, grass. •meditation, wim hoff, studying, reading, running, yoga, ukulele, cold shower, journaling, hanging on the bar,healthy eating (fruits, nuts, fish, grains, vegetables, beans) everyday for more than a year. •worked and lived in Norway at lofoten islands •watched around 550 movies •managed to wake up at 2:40 three days in a row and had full working days •practicing 1 day fasting every week.(currently on renewal) •practicing 1 day wim hoff in the sea every week.(currently on renewal) •didn't sleep for around 68hours for the experiment.
