I’m here because the most memorable part of travelling for me is usually people. I enjoy discovering places through local perspectives, spontaneous conversations and shared experiences rather than only through guidebooks and tourist spots

I’m drawn to films and books that are atmospheric, emotionally layered or slightly unsettling in a beautiful way — from, for example, The Worst Person in the World, Sentimental Value, and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind to Pride and Prejudice, Lord of the Rings or Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy. Musically I’m all over the place: indie, rock, jazz, metal, electronic, classical, Ukrainian music and random songs that suddenly become the soundtrack of a whole month (like French pop, for instance). I read both fiction and non-fiction, usually alternating between urban studies and novels that touch me emotionally.
