Hello! I am Anja, I come from Slovenia and I am 23 years old. I love animals, especially horses. I own a horse so being outdoors and in nature is pretty much everything I do in my free time while not working. I m pretty busy with everything but every once in a while I go around to travel and see the world. In the summer of 2015 I went on a summer job in New Hampshire where I lived for 4 months and then I went to travel around Texas all by myself which was sooo awesoommee! I met a lot of new friends and I just love to see different places and cultures. I can say that for my age I am pretty mature and responsible. I love music, especially country music, although I listen to electronic or whatever is on the radio and I played saxophone for 8 years but now I play it just for fun. I am currently on a J-1 visa working as a student in New Hampshire again and plan to go around the states for 1 month 😊 I plan to go from New Hamphire to New York, Nashville, Texas (Dallas, Lubbock and Amarillo), Colorado, Arizona (Phoenix), LA and San Francisco 😊 That is why I am looking for places to stay in those states, because I will be exploring pretty much all the time and I want to meet locals who can tell me some more about the city/state I am in 😊 To whoever I will meet on my trip: I will travel by bus from New Hampshire to California with a few stops so if I am a bit tired when we meet I apologize in advance 😊

I always stayed in hotels or hostels but I soon realized that's not the right way to travel around because you don't get to meet as many people as if you stay at locals. I am always thrilled to meet new friends. I would love to host by myself, but since I am not the owner of our house I unfortunately cannot.

I mainly listen to country music and also electronic or whatever is on the radio, haha. I don't really read books because I prefer to go outside and be with my animals 😊 My favorite movie genres are western, comedy or anything romantic :)

As I said, my interests are horses, horseback riding and nature. That pretty much sums it up. I also love listening to music and meeting new people and exploring new things. I am really interested in the States, so I want to travel around and see as much as I can.
