I am a food nutritionist and I love to share knowledge and experience vegetarian and ayurvedic food. Since 1 year I am training my mind with a method which follows the 7 hermetical principles. I love to meditate nearly every morning for 20 minutes and practice 30 minutes yoga.

Different high quality kinds of electronic music genres / djing monthly in Berlin. Another great subject in my life is studying- and becoming more and more wisdom about (ayur-)vedic cuisine and healthy food preparation & -combinations. Travelling and exploring (ancient) cultures (had been to India 2013) and sports like Jogging / Yoga / Badminton etc.
