I'm a modern yogi who likes quality over quantity in most things. Self improvement is my basic goal while letting things happen naturally. I live to love. Heart connection is the future and I try my best to put focus on that. I am a jack of all trades and I have come to love that and embrace to the fullest! I love yoga and it’s philosophy and try to live it every day with a modern twist ofc.. I’m not a temple monk or something. As well as yoga I meditate through tea ceremonies which is a beautiful experience. I love the asian tea culture and history around it and especially the heart connection it holds in today’s tea community. Certified yoga teacher, reiki healer, councilor, crazy barista skills!
