The more I travel, the more I realize visiting and experiencing places is more than the sights you see... Meeting different people from around the world has been the richest experiences of traveling. For this reason, I have always been drawn to the life and atmosphere that comes from staying at hostels. To stay at a hotel, to me as a solo traveler, feels completely empty and isolated. No matter how beautiful the sights. When I heard about Couchsurfing I was immediately intrigued. I love meeting new people and building great friendships. There is something so genuine about experiencing different places through the lens of a local. I'm a great listener and love learning peoples backgrounds and how they got where they are today. I am still pretty new to couchsurfing, but the great friendships I have received from hosts almost immediately has been wonderful! Excited to continue to use couch surfing to meet new friends and see new places! <3
