Hi everyone!! My name is Carolina, I'm 23 years old and I was born in Rio de Janeiro - Brazil, so you can see that I love beaches, sun and all the connections with nature. I'm a industrial engineering student, and I love my profession, it was the best choice I did in my life, and I think that do what you really love is a privilege, so I'm very grateful to have this opportunity. Now I'm living in Jaén - Spain to have some new academic and personal experiences. I'm really in love with Spain, the best part is to meet new people every moment, from many different places. Have this exchange of experience with others students and local people is what is making this the best experience I have ever had in my life, and I'm learning a lot with them. I just think that I found my passion: travel and know funny and friendly people, and I can say that I'm lucky with that. I can't count how many amazing people I've met. I’m using this app because I believe that everyone has good things to offer, such as good conversation, good life lessons and good laughter.

我为什么使用Couchsurfing
I really want to know new places, but it's not only this. I want to live an experience with amazing stories and people. For me couchsurfing can provide the best moment in a trip. I can visit the places with a different perspective and I want to share experiences by making new friends around the world.

With music I think I'm a little bit ecletic, I really like every kind of music, but my favorites are brazilian's songs (MPB, samba, forró, funk, pagode) and relaxing songs. Some artists I like are Perotá Chingó, Caetano Veloso, Alceu Valença, Manu Chao and Falamansa. My favorite books now are "The Things You Can See Only When You Slow Down" and "Women Who Run With the Wolves", and I'm reading the both.
我做过的一件令人惊叹的事
I awalys wanted to go skydiving, and I could make this dream come true. I have never left my country, neither lived far from my family and friends, so have this experience living in Spain for a few months to study and know new places that I have no idea of, is for me, a big step in my life.
