I like to listen to chill when at the beach. When dancing it's pop, hip hop & RnB. When working out its pump up music and rap. When meditating its 432 hz nature sounds and meditation music or classical. It all depends on the mood.

I've jumped off a 50 ft cliff into a a river while canyoneering in the island of Cebu Philippines. It was such a thrilling experience as I had traveled to the place alone since at the last minute my friends had to cancel on what was supposed to be out group trip. So I learned a lot from the solo adventure traveling on my own and talking to different folks from different strokes.
