Being Greek, it's inevitable that I carry some philosophical mindset in me! Always thinking and trying to think out of the box. I consider myself open minded and spiritual. Very curious about life and people. I enjoy learning about cultures but even more about food cultures because I am a chef. Cooking is my love and passion. It's my way to express love to people by infusing food with good emotions.
